Suite à une plainte, Nous sommes dans l’obligation de vous demandé d’enlever la pancarte se trouvant sur le chemin de Fairfax à Stanstead. Cette pancarte n’est pas règlementaire à notre règlement de Zonage. Nous vous donnons jusqu’au 13 juillet pour enlever celle-ci.

After we’ve received a complaint, We are asking you to remove the Sign on Ch. Fairfax at Stanstead. This sign is not respecting the by-law of zoning. We are giving you until the 13 of July to remove it.

Hello again,
We have a new sign for the location. How should we proceed to have it approved?
The lucious fruits and vegetables and beautiful pottery makes this farm a perfect destination for a true country experience. The recent hail storm has created some havoc however the Vergerheath farm still produces A-1 produce. If you’re thinking of a trip through the Eastern Townships don’t miss it!
I was so sorry to hear of the hail damage, but know that you and Chris will still provide wonderful produce and a great experience for your visitors. Have a great summer. Danna Fitton

Lynn and Chris, Hail, oh mighty hail! Shame you did not wait to be collected to make a superb Apple sorbet, or apple martini! Not to worry, your delicious apples can still be married to so many wonderful partners (butter and sugar and flour, custard, cream, simple heat, cranberries…) that I am sure they will find suitable partners as they come into their season. Oh Lynn and Chris…oh myyyy- hail! Have I ever told you how much I LOVE homemade applesauce, applesauce loaf, baked apples with cinnamon and raisins in the middle all cozied up together in a pan, dried apple chips….I have lots of things I can do with dimpled apples! I’m looking forward to them when they’re fully grown and their dimpled flesh comes my way!

Je vous écris de la part d’un groupe dont je fais partie: écologie sans frontières.
Nous sommes 9 étudiants de l’Université de Sherbrooke qui participons à un stage en Amérique du sud dans le domaine de l’écologie dès janvier. Dans le but d’amasser des fonds pour notre stage, nous préparerons d’ici peu de la compote de pomme qui sera à vendre aux élèves ainsi qu’au personnel et qu’a nos famille.
Nous sommes à la recherche de pommes à faible coût, ou dans le meilleur des monde, gratuites afin de confectionner notre compote. Nous somme disponibles à faire du bénévolat dans votre entreprise afin de ramasser les pommes au sol ou d’effectuer une autre tâche qui vous aiderait en échange de pommes pour compote. Des pommes touchées par le verglas ou les pommes au sol seraient parfaites pour nous.
